I’m assuming you’re trying to go for a “minimalistic modern” look. I’m not much of a UI designer, but what I would do is add an underline on the title, make the “Log-In” button colored, and add more functional buttons to the UI. Here’s a rough modified example of what I mean:

APExample

I added an underline under the title, added a gradient on the “Log-In” button, and added some functional buttons on the top like Help (question mark circle on the top left), Minimize, and Exit. From my experience, login buttons usually stand out or look unique. There also seems to be a lot of empty space which could be used.

I’m no UI designer, but if I was to modify your design while keeping the same layout, here are some things I would change.

Making the frame title bold can help to draw attention from the user. Additionally, modifying the element styles (such as the text boxes and button) can help users understand how to interact with your interface. Finally, just adding some color can go a long way. I’d do this by creating abstract shapes and randomly placing them throughout the frame.

These suggestions could create something that looks like this.
AdminPanelUI

I love the current UI, these are just some modifications I would make if recreating it.

Your dropshadows are very harsh and uneven, you also have misaligned text. This isnt very appealing to the eyes, I suggest using this quick example as a reference to improve:
