Making a “chat” styled button

Hello,

I was looking around the DevForum and I couldn’t find a topic like this. I recently saw something like this in the game “Find The Markers”. It’s a settings icon that looks similar to the chat icon.

I was wondering how the creator was able to do this. Did they make their own button, or is there some sort of pre-made button Roblox has? How should I go about doing something like this myself?
