Would I be allowed to have players put in the month and day of their birthday for a game im making not to use the data but like the game is themed around birthdays
Pretty sure it’s against Roblox ToS since it violates the players privacy (and it’s PII)
Like many suggest, just use the players Account Age

So i guess I can then without roblox taking down my game?
I know but im not sharing the year their would be born the player would just select the month and date

True. I am not 100% sure when it crosses the line really, Roblox is known for being strict about private information, since iirc there aren’t any games that want your birthday.
According to the Community Rules, only the age has to be kept private (which would be the year). Personally, I wouldn’t risk it
