How do i make a Chat System my own with a Custom System messages being sent every minute or second like Phantom Forces?

I haven’t played phantom forces for like 2 years, and I’m on mobile so I can’t rn. What is different about phantom forces chat from the normal one

I don’t know maybe cuz its a GUI not from roblox and it has System Messages

System messages can be achieved through normal Roblox chat like all the YouTube videos show. If you want a custom chat gui, search YouTube for How to make a custom chat GUI
