So, I have been making this game for a while now and I wanted some feedback on the UI. I will take any advice. I am not the best at UI making so please be patient with me.
Maybe add UIPadding to every TextLabels that are touching the edges? It works with TextScaled. UIPadding just adjusts the borders of GUIs. Then, maybe try setting the left offset and right offset to 10? Also, the “melee” and “main” label could have a UIStroke so they’re more visible.
In the second picture, the “Mains” button should be right below the “Shotgun” GUI, shifted to the left and the “Melee” button should be under “Sledge Hammer”, shifted to the right. Those buttons should also be smaller overall.
It’s just a suggestion, but it just bothers me how the chat GUI might cover those buttons.
This UI looks good, nice job on it! How long did it take for you to make this UI? What game is it used in? I recommend to make the text a bit farther from the edge of the background of the UI.
