I am making the menu for my game and I would like to put this glitch effect as a transition in my menu, is there any way to do this?

Not too sure if this will work, but you can use sprite sheets to get this effect into the game

If you want to animate something, it’s probably going to be needing a GUI and tweens. That’s all I got for you.

You can use tweens if you only want a static object to go from point a to point b. There was this post of this one guy making gifs playable in roblox, the link to that post is below. Hopefully @RVTGAMERGg can use something similar to this for their GUI.
