So, this is my first time trying out low poly and I think it went well. Should I make a full low poly showcase? Thanks for all of the feedback!

the entire thing is just this made from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OlnkGCdtGEw and you didn’t use your own creativity or change up anything about it. obviously the mesh is good though, also why would you watermark it when someone can just screenshot it from the video and get a better picture, lol?
Your not wrong, I did make it off of that. my point is, I literally never do low poly,Its not what I do. I was just asking for feedback because I felt good about it. Its honestly a little hurtful that you have to discredit me when I’m trying my hardest. That being said, if I put something out there then its open to criticism so i should expect it. Thanks for the critiques!
sorry, you’re obviously learning so I think it’s very good to follow tutorials (I’m sure everyone does it) as you learn alot about blender, the keybinds and how to do different things. You’re doing good, keep it up!
Looks really good! I have seen many people who have followed the same tutorial though. Maybe give it your own flare!
Ok! Thanks for critique The rest of my low poly stuff will be done without a tutorial. That one vid was a great introduction into low poly and I understand the fundamentals of it now
I think you’ve had a good go at it, but if you’d like some feedback I think you could straighten up the top row of tiles so that it follows the wooden beam.
For anyone else who is learning blender, Grant Abbitt is a great resource for learning new skills.
This honestly just looks like a picture of a well with watermarks on it. But if it is yours, good work
Funny you should mention that, I did the curved look on purpose I agree that the straight tiles might have looked better though!
Yeah sorry there was no reason for me to add watermarks, I do a lot of clothing so I have a habit of adding watermarks.
Nah its okay, I add my name to my work sometimes. It just looks like a picture because of the background and angle of it
