Hello, Developers,
I have got an animated gun. The part to which the gun is welded in the animation is Torso (i was given the animation done already)
The problem is, the game I am working on is R6 only; I need to make arms act as ViewModel for the weapon but since the animation is Torso-welded, making arms moving to camera orientation sadly won’t work.
I tried to make the script bend the torso to the camera orientation too (again, the rig is R6), but it would either move badly or would just fling the entire character
Making the ViewModel itself and welding gun to it will most likely break the entire script/animations bundle (I am not sure though, it may be cause I scripted it badly) so I don’t have any assumptions about it either.
I’m not the kind of guy who’s professionally versed in gunscripting-related topics among ROBLOX, but for that matter, I’m desperate to learn it…
Do you have any ideas? Yeah the reanimating is also a solution the problem is that it’s not about me at all. Nevertheless, I have an example what I really want to achieve, I’ll try to post it in an edit ASAP.
