You can control shading by customizing your auto smooth options in blender or whatever software you happen to be using.
However, due to the fact that you cannot have custom, performant normals in Roblox yet, it’s not possible to remove the hard edge without adding more geometry to the model.
Although I am not a designer, I find this resource really interesting to follow and I love to see how the designing community evolved to such high levels!
