Manually TeamCreate Removal

Greetings Fellow Developers,

I am a Head of Human Resources for a Hotel Group and we just recently had a developer go corrupt. They have imported a script into the game that is viewable only to her. This gives her the permission to unban herself on an alt if a ban is already placed upon her. She has also scripted it where she can rerank herself in the Roblox Group and publish assets banning a lot of our community.

  1. What is the issue? Is there a way to delete everything someone has done In Roblox Studio for a group under teamcreate? Either it being a script or someother way othe than manual removing the things they added/edited?

  2. What solutions have you tried so far? I have googled and checked other sources including the DevForum and no where i found has an answer i am looking for.

Thanks for all the help and feedback.

under Configure Place, you can find Version History. You can use it to restore the game to a version before malicious scripts were added.

I don’t believe there is a way to have a script only viewable to a single person, its most likely something hidden in an existing script, so you could also try using CTRL + ALT + F (search all) to look for code.

Restoring a previous version is a more complete method, but you’ll need to find a version from before malicious code was added.

Every script is viewable to any person in studio, also she would have to actively keep changing the script to unban herself so its probably a list of her account names/ID’s, also the assets she claims to be able to ban with will only affect the group not the owner(most likely)

Report to Roblox, might not do anything but worth a try!
Remove her from the group, look for any scripts and use the script search tool thingy for anything that looks like it’ll change ranks.

I think you will have to manually delete everything they’ve added if its only new unwanted things she’s added since she’s left then you could revert the file.
