Manually toggle controller GUI navigator

How can I toggle the controller GUI navigator manually? This (the blue-border selector):

I’ve looked everywhere I could on the devhub to find out how to toggle the controller GUI navigator manually to no avail. I’ve used Google, devforum, and devhub with at least 20 different keywords, and only found an option in GuiService to enable or disable the ability to use it in the first place.

I didn’t want to make a whole post over this but I’m at a loss. Is this even possible? I swear it is.

Turn this off to prevent it from happening automatically.

Turn this off to prevent it from happening at all.

Set this, if the first item is off, to start Gui navigation or control it manually.
