Many UGC items with solid black textures are getting falsely deleted

Solid black textures are getting falsely moderated/deleted, and in return, the UGC items that use these solid black textures also get affected. This issue affects both old and new UGC items that have already been uploaded to the avatar marketplace.

There are three known cases:

  1. Since the textures are deleted, the thumbnail of the UGC item also gets deleted and the item appears to have no texture upon wearing it in-game. In this case, the item still appears on the avatar marketplace but with a broken “Content Deleted” thumbnail. (ex. Halved Skeleton Face Sticker - Roblox)

  2. The texture is deleted and the item appears to have no texture upon wearing it in-game, but the thumbnail of the UGC is completely fine. (ex. Black Bandages - Roblox)

  3. The entirety of the UGC item is deleted and no longer appears in the avatar marketplace. (ex. these UGC’s assetIds can no longer be accessed and redirect to the avatar marketplace)

Nothing seems to have been done for the majority of the affected UGC items after more than two weeks now, nor have I or my friends received refunds for the deletions

Yes, it has been a little over two weeks now with no fix to all of the items. I think only the items in the original post were manually fixed. Newly uploaded items are not becoming affected anymore, but there are still some black items scattered around the avatar marketplace that are broken from the bug.

Some examples being:

Reminder: These are not all of the affected items; there are still more on the marketplace that I am unfortunately unable to provide.
