As a Roblox user, it is confusing when we see a notification on our chat, yet we cannot find the source of the message that the notification has come from. There was a post a while ago, but it was in a different category and it hasn’t received any replies.

This makes it difficult to know if we have a new message, or if it’s just a notification from a while ago. It is more annoying when you have a lot of chats, and browsing through them is just unnecessary.
