Marketplace and Chatbox are broken

I can’t really explain how this is happening, but when you click “Marketplace” or the “Refresh button” this weird error happens.

  • What Device are you using?
    Windows 10 Laptop

  • What version of Roblox are you using?
    Default website on Firefox

  • When did it start?
    About 5 - 4 days ago.

  • Is this Reproducible?
    Yes!
    I can create a new account and the error will still happen.

  • Did you try logging out then back in?
    Yes, That was the first thing I tried.

  • Do you have any Extensions or Plugins?
    No, I don’t use Extensions.

Expected behavior

Well, I expect to be able to browse the Marketplace and chat with friends using the UI.

Hey, looks like the video in the attached Private Message is no longer available, making it hard to diagnose what you’re seeing.

Yep, the video should be working again.
