MarketplaceService Failing to Log Purchases, Revenue/Transactions Page Broken

Over the past few hours, the Group Revenue and Sales pages in both the Creator Hub and the “Configure Group” interface have begun intermittently failing to load, returning HTTP 500 errors with messages such as “Unable to load revenue summary.”

Simultaneously, purchases are no longer being logged correctly. I noticed this issue when our game’s “Overview” analytics page showed a ~200% drop in purchases despite stable or increased player counts. This suggests many purchases are still going through but are not being logged.

The “Transactions” page of the website, that allows you to view your personal transaction history, also refuses to load.

This issue is still being caused by Grow a Garden. Just a few hours ago, one of the rarest seeds in the game — the Sugar Apple — got restocked, and millions of players joined the game at the same time to grab it before it went out of stock, which led to server crashes.

In Grow a Garden, some extremely rare items get globally restocked at specific times. There are tons of Grow a Garden notification Discord servers that alert players when this happens, and those servers have millions of members. Roblox needs to start making adjustments based on demand, because the fact that everything collapses just because a fruit gets restocked in a game is absolutely absurd.

Time for the developers of “Grow a Garden” to start paying server and hosting expenses, because the platform Roblox isn’t just made to handle their game only. It’s getting too ugly now. I am pretty sure they’re getting paid a lot, they can afford it.

This is a problem for me too.

I have no recorded sales purchases after 3:47 AM even though I have proof of users having an item that they bought but it’s not recorded on the sales transactions that this user bought the item yet they’re wearing it.

We just launched two initial UGC items but I can’t see any of the recorded purchases. Still a problem as of 11AM EST.

I can confirm this is affecting my own group, I have not been able to see any purchases.

Still not fixed for me. My community has started to buy products more and I’m excited to see how much revenue I’ve earned but it’s still returning unable to load. :frowning:

Yes I’ve been having this issue for the past couple of days now. Just now the banner is showing. Please fix!!!

I’m not sure if the issue I’m currently experiencing is related to this, but when I look at the timestamps between purchases, there’s a huge gap and it seems to be delayed by about an hour. (Right now it’s 9 PM here, but the most recent purchase shows 8 PM.)

The group normally gets around 10 sales per minute at this time, but in the sales section, I see them happening every few minutes. This indicates there’s heavy traffic on the system, but it usually catches up over time — the missing sales from earlier minutes eventually show up instead of being lost. This has happened a few times before.

Looks like the issue has got worse, actually.
Now, not only won’t transactions load at all, but now total Robux won’t even load, appearing zero.

The issue is getting worse, I can’t buy things nor access my inventory or view items now.

I would UNSOLVE this. The issue got worse. You can no longer see your robux and transactions.

not sure if this is related, but I’m now unable to edit game settings on roblox studio. On every place I go on, or even when I create a new place, still get the same errors.


I cant even view items on the website without this error occurring
