MarketplaceService ProcessReceipt Issues

It seems this was a one-off situation as only one user reported it, but it is unclear on how many were truly affected. A user (UserId: 8270369) purchased a dev product in our game, was met with the “Something went wrong” screen, yet was still charged for the transaction. We have asked the user to screenshare them refreshing the transactions page just to validate the purchase. While they were charged, it seems ProcessReceipt was never fired as the transaction was not logged on our end. We have never encountered issues with logging transactions, and it can be no coincidence it occurred during the days that Roblox was having issues that went unacknowledged on status.roblox.com. This occurred today roughly around 6:30 AM ET.
