Mask Modelled in blender doesnt position on player head correctly

So I made a mask on blender which is my first time but for me, it looked good then when I tried putting it in a rig. When I clicked to run it would go to a strange rotation and position. Before clicking play:

How did you attatch it to it’s face?

I never made a Face mask but I used FaceFrontAttachment and Positioning with the move tool. Do I have to do it another way?

Could you try moving it back into position with a script? You could use MoveTo or Cframe.
