Hello there!
We’ve discovered a bug related to the Hebrew language in our game that affects Israeli players. Let’s start fresh. In our game, Israeli players have the option to chat in Hebrew, and they can also use voice chat to communicate freely. However, we’ve noticed a problem where players speaking Hebrew in voice chat are having their voice chat privileges suspended in about 90% of cases, even when they haven’t broken any rules. Not even harmless Hebrew words that might sound like curses in English are being used. It’s possible that our moderators are facing challenges in managing voice chat effectively.
Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to get assistance from Roblox support to fix this issue, so we’re currently unable to resolve it. As a result, players who speak Hebrew in the Voice Chat community are now hesitant to discuss this problem openly. I myself have received a suspension notice saying, “Voice chat suspended.”
We’re committed to creating an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all players, regardless of their language preferences. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work towards finding a solution.
