Maximum Frame Rate option in in-game Roblox Settings don't appear in every game

I have noticed that Roblox has implemented Maximum Frame Rate option in the in-game settings, but I can not access it in every game. Sometimes this setting appears but if i join another game or even another server it can disappear.
In the images below i tried to see if they would appear in roblox studio (that is why the screen looks so small btw).
I don’t know why this setting would appear only in certain times, another thing that puzzles me is that, this is not announced in anywhere.

This was just because the feature was being slowly rolled out to ensure it didn’t break everyone at the same time if it didn’t work. You should see it in every game.
