This is my first time making an armor, is there any ways to improve it? I tried making a helmet, but it was to hard for me. I’ll figure that out later

Maybe put a little bit more armor on the arms.

try making it more thick so it doesn’t look like a decal

I would suggest to add more material like “copper” or “bronze” metals to it.

What do you mean by that?
I’m going to use roblox’s metal materials along with vertex paints, if that what you mean by.
