Medieval Town/City names

Hey, I am new to the developer forum and I didn’t actually plan on using it. However, the more I think of it the more I realise that it is rather useful.

Anyways, I have been making a game like Skyrim. I have designed the map and stuff, now I just need names. I need names for the following things:

A snowy town
A small, compact village
A rich, wealthy and small village
A forest.

Please don’t use names that have already been used. Example: for a snowy town don’t suggest ‘Winterhold’ as it is based of another game.
Thanks!!

I’m mostly good at mythical or dark names, so I came up with a select few just for the snowy city.
Ceruleum, Galida, Niveus, Koldportum

Thank you MonolithicDivinity
I will keep this in mind! I will wait a few days before I start to pick names!!
My personal favourite is Galida.

There’s a village a few miles away from me, in the county of Norfolk, UK. It is called Little Snoring. (Yes really!)

Little Snoring - Wikipedia

Would that make a lovely name for a snowy village?

Thank you RiverBL0X
Wow! Surprisingly I also live in Norfolk, UK!
I have actually seen and been to Little Snoring before! I don’t live too close to it (around an hours drive) but it is a fantastic name and place! I will definitely consider this!

Snowy town: Cloudsville?
Forest: Everlastia Forest. You can say that the local kids call it the forest of everlasting shadows.

I really like the idea of the forest and I will keep it noted! Your idea is brilliant and well thought of. Thanks!!
