Menu button for Blog doesn't open context menu in the right way

The video explains everything; the page view is supposed to slide open to display a menu, but unfortunately this has never been the case for me…

EDIT: this is happening to me on the latest Safari on OS X 10.10.3

What browser are you using? Works fine for me on Chrome.

Works for me on Firefox as well.
