Meraki Appeals Information
This guide loosely explains how to appeal your Permanent Ban, or communications server ban. We do not have an appeals format, so this is a loose guide to appealing and you may personalize your appeals in any way you think would best benefit you.
Important Points
β When appealing, we politely ask that you inform us of the relevant username of the ban, (communications or roblox) and which platform you are appealing.
β If your ban is game-related, please submit your ban-appeal to a General Manager. However if your ban is related to the communications server, please submit your ban-appeal to a member of our Corporate Team.
β You must wait a minimum of four weeks after your ban in order to appeal. If you appeal before four weeks, your appeal will be automatically and instantly declined.
β Do not constantly ask our team to review your appeal, the decision of overturning a ban is a lengthy process and should definitely not be rushed.
β If your appeal is unfortunately unsuccessful, you will have to wait two weeks in order to submit another appeal. Do not harass our Management/Corporate Team about their decision.
β If you received multiple bans for the exact same reason, one appeal will suffice to appeal for all bans; however please state your appealing for multiple and send the request to a member of our Corporate Team.
What do I include in my appeal?
β Your contact information.
β The reason you were banned, and from what platform.
β Why we should unban you from the relevant platform.
β How you will change your ways after we unban you.
Feel free to construct your appeal in a paragraph and you may add more information into your appeal than this, as this is simply just a loose guide of what we expect you to include. Grammar is not required, but highly recommended; we also ask that you put detail into your appeal.
My Appeal was Denied, Why?
β Not Enough Detail
β Lack of sincerity
β Not properly addressing why you were banned
β Breaking guidelines while appealing or recently before
β Basing your entire appeal of blaming other individuals
β Appealing before you have actually had time to change
β Being bothersome/immature to another individual
Conclusion
Once your appeal has been submitted, the appropriate team will review it and you will get a response within 2-3 weeks. If your appeal is in-fact accepted, the ban that you appealed will be successfully lifted, but it doesnβt restrict you from future blacklists. Please carefully consider your actions at Merakiβs games in the future.
