Mesh CollisionFidellity affects EnvironmentSpecularScale in shadows

When changing the CollisionFidellity property of any mesh you get different results in the shadows being casted by the mesh.

This only happens when the Lighting Technology is set to Future or ShadowMap & the EnvironmentSpecularScale property in Lighting is set to anything higher than 0.
