Mesh completely bugging out when animated

I am creating a game that uses meshes as the characters. Using the animation editor the animation looks fine, but as soon as I play the game and it get’s animated then it completely breaks. It looks like chunks are being stretched out very far. Anybody know why this is happening? Here is a screenshot of what I mean.


(About the fact that it’s a Pokémon mesh, I completely understand that Pokémon is copyrighted. I am only creating this game out of passion, and to expand my development knowledge. I do NOT plan to release this game.)

this is not the mesh’s issue, this is roblox’s issue

did you make this on blender? if so it could be some weird problem with the weights and rigging stuff. i’d recommend you clear all the weight groups and redo it.

My friend uploaded this I believe he uses blender.

then i’d recommend you ask him to see if there is any problems with the rigging
