Mesh deformation problem

hello everyone, I am trying to make a view model with fingers and I rigged this mesh up with bones and whenever I move/rotate the bone, it doesn’t move. The mesh is unanchored and it still doesn’t work. I am new to mesh deformation and any help will help.

In blender, select your mesh, then select your bones, right click, click parent, and hit parent with automatic weights.
If that doesnt fix your problem then I dont know whats happening here.

i made the bones in roblox, not blender, any help with that

You cant rig meshes in roblox.
