Mesh exporting is weird

I was exporting alot of meshes from catalog and noticed they had 3-4 vertices in one position for some reason instead of one
This is how it looks without moving

This is how it looks after seperating them

also im really bad at blender, so please explain things like youre explaining to a 7 year old

  • What are you attempting to achieve?
I want to know how to fix this issue because it really annoys me

  • What is the issue? (Keep it simple and clear - Include screenshots/videos/GIFs if possible)
    (Stated above)

  • What solutions have you tried so far? (Have you searched for solutions through the Roblox Wiki yet?)
None ( i have no idea how to fix this )
You may then include any further details.

I don’t think there is a way to fix that except doing it manually. Also this is because of how roblox exports meshes and you can’t fix that.

oh. thanks, its unfixable for me then.

Yea but that doesn’t mean that you have to mark my post as the solution. Maybe someone else knows what to do. I am just giving my view of this and how I mostly do this.

One thing though is using the M key to open up this menu:

First of all you need to click the “By Distance” button, this will remove all duplicates. Then you can mass select some grouped vertices and hit the “At Center” button.

It is also better to make stuff in blender rather in studio then exporting it to blender as now you know that it obliberates it.

oh ill try and see if that helps

OMG THANKS IT ACTUALLY HELP
