Mesh importing extremely small

There is the file to the mesh, I am trying to get terrain for Easy Red sector of Omaha Beach, but it is importing extremely tiny. Also, it imports at the bottom right corner of the front face, and it is invisible when in a specialmesh for some reason. How can I fix it?

Also, when I imported it as FBX, it comes with a “omahabeach Cube” and “EXPORT_GOOGLE_SAT_WM” (name of the terrain in blender) and “omahabeach Cube” is literally just a cube while the latter is a weird angled plane.

What are your export settings? Are the units in CMM?

that is the actual scale of the area, I used GIS to do this.

Oh also, Roblox did scale it down, but to like 1 atom by 1 atom

Did you try changing the import settings to not include any of the sizing adjustments?

Yeah, I did that the first time I imported it, because I wanted it to be real scale, but that was just too big
