So I was creating an inventory system and ran into a problem. when I try to set CFrame or Vector3, sometimes the gear position was different. I realized this was due to the mesh being loaded incorrectly. How can I fix this automatically or rotate the mesh (I don’t want to change the part size)

MeshParts should be the size they are physically.
Are these the default Resize tool handles, or are they from another building tool?
If you select something else, then reselect the MeshPart does it show the outline correctly?

no the outline here is a transparent part. i just pasted meshid from the other mesh which was working. i dont really know much aabout building/modeling.
