So when you export a mesh, it has a “location data”, in which you can use when you import it back to studios. Now, whenever I export a mesh FROM studios, and import it back, it gets thrown to this random location if I press “Use location data”, why is this happenning? is this a bug?
(It is both exported and imported FROM roblox studios, NOT blender)
Are you putting the mesh in studio at position (0,0,0)?
Because this will put it at the origin point in blender.
No what I mean is putting it FROM studio INTO studio. It gets exported at somewhere around 70, -1, 70 and instead gets put to around -60, -1, -60 when I import it back
Your mesh that is being exported from ROBLOX Studio’s position should be set at (0,0,0)
Once you have imported your ROBLOX part into Blender press CTRL- A for the menu popup and set the origin point location.
No wait its not going through blender even if I just export then import instantly it STILL gets put at wrong locations
In that case, do a Bulk import, this should fix your issue with the origin position of the part that is being exported and imported from ROBLOX Studio itself.
