When this mesh is in blender, the mesh looks fine…
However, when its imported into ROBLOX, it has these weird shading errors. Not sure if its an ROBLOX issue or is how the mesh has been modelled.
If anyone knows a fix, please let me know.

A good old trick to help your mesh shadings out, using Edit mode, you can press CTRL+F to select smooth or flat shading per face, or you can select faces, edges, and vertices and separate areas of the mesh using Y in edit mode. Separating the faces works even if you have a rig and weight painting, but you should separate things AFTER doing the weight paint to conserve deformation of the mesh.
Shade flat may work for you, it might not depending on the mesh complexity, but you can always separate faces and emulate flat shading that way too, making sure edges don’t connect that you don’t want.
All I needed to do was:
Edit mode
A
Shift + N
