Mesh texture is black on import

When I import my mesh/custom character its black.

I have a UV map so im not sure why this is happening and im exporting as an obj.

something was wrong with my mesh. idk what but i fixed all my issues by using the original mesh rip and scaling it down so the rig doesnt stretch out on import. this took a whole 2 weeks to find out, and i’ve made 3-4 posts i think on the issues but i never get a reply.
