Mesh when imported will not import properly

I made a mesh with blender and when I import it some of it will be missing

This is how it look in Blender

Then when I import it to Roblox Studio this is how it looks

I did not reach the tris limit

Am I doing something wrong? if so how can I fix it…or its a bug?

Your faces are probably inverted. Make sure to check the face normals of the mesh before importing it to Roblox.

Basically what Coeptus said. In Blender you can select your mesh, then select the option ‘recalculate outside’ which I think you can find under mesh > normals > recalculate outside.

I would also like to point out that your tri count is really high. You should be able to half it without any noticable difference. You can use a decimater modifier for that.

Thanks for elaborating more on it. It did infect fix the problem and the tri is that high for certain details that I want to show this is a par of a gun that’s why :slight_smile:

I also highly recommend enabling backface culling in Blender. It makes the faces one-sided, allowing you to see what the model will actually look like when exported.

You can find this option in the right side of the viewport toolbar by pressing N.
