Meshes getting incredibly messed up after exporting and importing to local file

Hello I come here hoping someone can help with an issue I am having, where as the title says when I export a rig from a place the I have published, to a .RBXM and then importing it into a local studio

After importing it from a .rbxm;

I would like to also note the when I copy and paste it from the published place to the local one the meshes are fine but if I save, quit, and re-open the local place the same thing happens
