Meshes / Rigs disappear at certain angles

Anyone know why the meshes unload / turn invisible when I get close and turn my camera downwards? It doesn’t seem to change whatever I do. It’s been like this since we had first imported the meshes, we tried to doubleside it, change render properties, nothing seems to work. Any ideas why and how I could fix the situation? There’ll be a video below to show the issue that occurs. It’s quite strange to be honest.

Probably not even related, but are you using StreamingEnabled?

If not, might be worthwhile to send this to engine-bug members as a new message to see if it’s an engine issue.

It is disappearing when what I assume is the HumanoidRootPart is not in view. Always when the camera is on the legs. Can you resize it?

In Properties of the Model of the giant, switch it from Automatic to StreamingMesh.

Didn’t really make a change, it still happens

Wasn’t the issue, I’ve tried everything so far. It seems like it only disappears when the humanoid is out of frame which is quite interesting because I can’t do anything to resize it or the titans just fall over.

That’s basically the problem, as soon as the humanoid is no longer in view it just disappears. What do you do mean by “resizing” and how would I go about that. Since if I just resize the HumanoidRootPart the titan falls over and just walks while on it’s back.

It seems to work in studio and there’s no issues there but as soon as you go into the game engine it starts to mess up.

You have to adjust the hipheight to offset the increased size of the humanoid root part so that the feet stay on the ground. I suspect physics was knocking over your model because it was off the ground and you have automatic hip height set. I turn that off
