Meshes with bones don't resize properly at all

NOTE: i did not post this in #bug-reports:studio-reports because i don’t have the Regular rank and it says the Regular rank can ONLY be earned by invitation or whatever, which is extremely stupid.

So, i found fps arms rig on sketchfab, imported it. Everything went perfectly okay until i wanted to resize it. instead of studio properly resizing it, it ended up with weird resizing, something like this:

if someone could either post this as an bug report or explain me further how to get the Regular rank, i would appreciate that, this bug has been in roblox for a LOOONG time already, and i can’t switch studio versions anymore because any that worked fine with it is now outdated.
iirc, this has been in studio for about 3-4 months now if not more

I remember when this broke. You just need to export the mesh again with the correct size.

i can’t really do that when it is downloaded directly from sketchfab to roblox not from sketchfab to blender to roblox. And changing the resizing “unit” to for example CM is just very inaccurate, most of the times doesn’t resize to the point where i wanted to, either too big or too small

Ive used this exact model before, and i just imported then scaled the entire thing down in blender. Then i exported everything as an FBX file and it worked. Heres a link to the model : Viewmodel

well, i have 0 experience in blender, i only (sometimes) use it to export other files to .fbx, now i noticed that SOME imported roblox models resize correctly, most of them does not. this still was NOT an issue in older roblox versions, i actually even used a version where it worked though, except it still was kind of broken because it didnt resize the bones, the rest looked fine.
giving that it worked before, it is 100% a bug with the “new?” resizing tool technology

Did you check out the model I linked? Did you try that?

yeah, though i also started inserting other models, that one i was just experimenting with, and other models have the same issue, which is definitely a bug.
Weirdly enough, only some of the models were fine, some wouldn’t resize(at all) and some actually resized correctly

Ohh ok, that makes sense. Ive ran into this bug quite a few times and its annoying.
