Meshpart doesn't appear for some players

So I have an issue where mesh part doesn’t appear visible to other a good number of players. It doesn’t affect the other handful of people as well. What I could find is that some of the good number of players are connected from a far region which they have 200 pings. But here’s the thing, everything else is loaded for them but it just one certain meshpart that appears visible on and off to players. No script is affecting the cilent visibility of it aswell. Another thing I could also point out is that sometimes the meshpart have a set brick color no texture ID in it not including a 0. Sometimes it will be the brick color and then the other times, it be a color that was previously changed from. Again, no scripts are involved with the changes of the property.

Expected behavior

All meshparts should be visible and accurate across all servers and all players.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We need some more information to effectively investigate and resolve the problem you’re experiencing with the mesh part visibility. The current description, while helpful, isn’t enough for us to reproduce the issue reliably.

Could you please provide the following:

  1. A place file: A .rbxl or .rbxlx file that exhibits this problem is crucial. This will allow us to directly examine the setup and configuration of the mesh part and its surrounding environment.
  2. Detailed steps to reproduce: A step-by-step guide on how to make the mesh part disappear or change color for some players. Be as specific as possible, including:
    • How many players are needed to observe the issue?
    • What actions do players need to take in the game?
    • How often does the issue occur (e.g., every few seconds, only after a certain action, etc.)?
    • Does the issue happen consistently, or is it random?
  3. A video recording: A short video demonstrating the issue in action would be extremely helpful. This will allow us to see exactly what you’re describing and provide valuable context. If possible, include the perspective of both a player who can see the mesh part and a player who cannot.
  4. Network information: While you mentioned high ping for some players, knowing the specific regions of the affected players (e.g., specific countries or continents) could be useful.
  5. Mesh Part details: Information about the mesh part itself, such as:
    • Where it was created (Studio, Blender, etc.)
    • Any special properties or settings applied to it.
    • The size and complexity of the mesh.

Without this additional information, it will be very difficult for us to diagnose and fix the problem. Providing the requested details will significantly improve our chances of identifying the root cause and implementing a solution.
