Meshpart heads material, textures and decals get sized up when inserted into model with humanoid

I have never seen this issue before. I have this SCP-173 model and whenever i insert the head mesh into the model, this happens.

And it returns to normal when i put it out.

Anyone know why this happens? It has a rope constraint, some welds, decals and textures. I removed the rope but to no avail.
When i also duplicate it, the head i select from the duplication gets the error, the other head returns to normal, but when i delete the duplicate it returns to its crappy form.

I inserted a new humanoid, and somehow it got fixed. So this post was useless… im still gonna keep it for any other people that may get this goofy ahh problem
Edit: PUTTING THE HP TO INFINITE MADE IT OCCUR AGAIN. This was the problem
Edit 2: Slowly increasing the hp up to infinity made it not occur, so thats a W
