I am randomly experiencing huge framerate drops in my weapons testing game whenever several players are shooting the weapons, this was not happening a few days ago when I did my first weapons test and very little has changed in the code aspect of the weapons.
I’ve identified the problem is to do with the RenderCacheOptimisation setting in workspace. Whatever backend improvements this feature adds is causing the issues.
Hello again. We’ve finished rolling out our first fix just now. This is not universal fix yet though, but it should work on mac and iOS. We’re working on a fix which will work for all the platforms in the meantime, so stay tuned.
