Messy shadow texture in a boolean mesh

Hey guys! I hope you are doing very very well, being direct this is my problem:

  1. What do you want to achieve? Fix this shadow problem

  1. What is the issue? I made a boolean hole in Blender in this wall but its shadows are just messy

  2. What solutions have you tried so far? Recalculating faces but rightfully it doesnโ€™t work.

Thank you for everything and have a nice day and life! byee! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Add a weighted normal modifier on the mesh, it fixed my issue with gibs.

I recently found the fix for this, allow me to share what I found! Firstly, youโ€™ll need to click on your mesh in the layout category, actively on object mode. From there, go to Object Data Properties.

From there, go to Normals and activate auto smoothing.

This should fix the problem! Additionally, I recommend going to Geometry Data while in the Object Data Properties menu and adding Custom Split Normals Data.

This is how I solved the issue, I hope this helps you in the future!

It looks like you have used shade smooth.
Try using auto smooth

It will most likely fix the issue.
If it did not , try making that part again or use boolean again on a different part of the model.
