Strikes are disciplinary actions that will be categorized into a 3 level system.
- Lvl.1 - Verbal/written warning
- Issued by Supervisors+
- A second violation at Lvl.1 = Lvl.2 strike
- Lvl.2 - Suspension/Demotion
- Issued by Executives of Administration+
- A second violation at Lvl.2 = Lvl.3 strike
- Lvl.3 - Fired from Metanoia Bakery/Permanent Ban
- Issued by * Junior Corporate / Senior Corporate+
General Rules:
These rules must be followed by everyone (staff and customers), and apply to all platforms.
- The act of inappropriate behavior. [Lv. 1]
- No advertising. [Lv. 2]
- Impersonation of others. [Lv. 2]
- The use of inappropriate language. [Lv. 2]
- Falsely accusing anyone of these violations. [Lv. 2]
- No inappropriate usernames, profile picture and/or status. [Lv. 2]
- Any excessive background noise, blowing into your mic, screaming. [Lv. 2]
- Do not send unfamiliar links; this is to prevent people from being scammed (keyloggers). [Lv. 2]
- Abusing of pings. [Lv. 3]
- Trolling will not be tolerated. [Lv. 3]
- Revealing personal information about anyone. [Lv. 3]
- Harassment, disrespecting or bullying of any kind. [Lv. 3]
- No inappropriate references, verbal or through imagery, links, language or acts. [Lv. 3]
Staff Rules:
Metanoia Bakery is extremely selective when it comes to hiring individuals to be part of our staff team. If you have been selected then it means you were entrusted to represent Metanoia Bakery to the highest degree. For this reason, you are held to a higher standard when it comes to our rules and regulations.
- Only do your own job. [Lv. 1]
- Ensure accessories do not cover up your uniform. [Lv. 1]
- Do not hint at anyone about receiving a tip for yourself. [Lv. 1]
- Do not leave dishes out, clean them as soon as possible. [Lv. 1]
- Do not reveal any tabs from your staff job to others or in a posted video. [Lv. 1]
- Remember to use grammar at all times (this includes capitalization and punctuation). [Lv. 1]
- Only go AFK in your assigned staff room. [Lv. 1 or Lv. 2]
- Do not hint at promotions. [Lv. 2]
- Farming points is prohibited. [Lv. 2]
- Falsely submitting information to UM. [Lv. 2]
- Making someone feel unwanted in any way. [Lv. 2]
- All customers and guests should be treated politely. [Lv. 2]
- Do not trash talk about other groups and/or their employees. [Lv. 2]
- You will no longer be allowed to dine in as a customer at Pablo’s without permission from the Board+. [Lv. 2]
- Alt accounts are not allowed within Metanoia Bakery’s Staff Team. [Lv. 3]
- Do not allow disagreements to become a heated argument. [Lv. 3]
- Discriminating other customers and/or guests about speaking other languages. [Lv. 3]
Appeals:
You may request to appeal a ban from any platform at Metanoia Bakery by contacting our President / Vice President f1uey or cluir
- Once an appeal has been opened, a team of 3 members will be assigned to review the appeal and determine if sufficient evidence was provided to overturn or lessen the decision originally handed down.
- If sufficient evidence is not found and the decision is not overruled, you will have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks to apply for a second appeal.
- Providing false evidence or information in your appeal may result in a stricter penalty being enforced and loss of appeal privileges.
- Please allow a minimum of 3 days for a team to be assigned and review your case.
- Teams assigned to your case will be entirely random and consist of members of the UM team.
- Once a decision has been agreed upon it will be presented to the Director of Internal Relations and enforced.
- If your appeal is successful it does not guarantee you will be granted your position back. It only means that the action taken may be reversed however you may be required to start from the bottom again.
