This document will explain how our Trainee, Cashier, and Chef training schedule works here at Metanoia Bakery, for all of our Interns who are interested in attending a training to become an official Metanoia staff member. I’m an Trainee, how do I become a Chef or any higher rank(s)?
To become an official Chef / any higher ranks. At Metanoia Bakery, you’ll need to attend a training to get the rank of either a Trainee, Cashier, or Chef. All of our training times can be found in the link below which will take you to our weekly training schedule.
