Middle of Nowhere | A infinite procedurally-generated survival game

Hey so I haven’t touched this project in a long, long time and I’m probably gonna revisit it soon a finish it. The game is called Middle of Nowhere, and it’s as the title says. It reminds me of Courage the Cowardly Dog as it’s in a setting of a desert in a drought.

The game loop is supposed to be gathering materials, food, equipment, surviving the heat and quenching your thirst and hunger during the day. Then during the night, fending off against monsters, and keeping yourself warm. I plan to maybe add different layers you can reach (caves, underworld, etc.), bosses, and a storyline.

I thought I’d just showcase this off and see if anybody has any suggestions or ideas for what could be added to it (and seeing it might give me motivation to actually go ahead and finish and release it). Controls are in the description. =)
