This is a few months old now, and can definitely be improved, but it was my first successful use of HttpService and I was am pretty proud of it.

My OBC friend wrightracer3n hosts it [u][b]here[/u][/b]. I’m afraid there isn’t much to show in pictures. You just spawn, ignore the sudden BLANG of noise you’re going to get right away (Sorry, I warned you, turn down your volume!), enter the trailer and go to the right.

The computer and radio stuff in the back room will read a song ID from the website onlinesequencer.net. Here is the default example in the game, which is the first verse of Still Alive from Portal.

You can import MIDIs, modify existing songs, or just create with the sequencer itself. Although, unfortunately the website player has a few technical problems right now, so playing a song back through the site may freeze up on you at the moment on some songs. But once you have created/found a song there that you like, just type the number into the computer in the Roblox server, and it’ll do its best to play that song for you in Roblox MIDI. (Drums are the biggest missing instrument, since I am lazy and unrich.)

Seriously, I don’t think talking about cracked/pirated software is a good idea here. Sure, you’re not likely to get arrested, but it’s still illegal.

Indeed. I never heard it until a little over a year ago, but I’ve fallen in love with it since then. It’s so fun to experiment with.

There are MULTIPLE, but that’s the one that seems to be a better deal, also, the site (thepiratebay.se) has some suggestive ads, do not click them and you’ll be fine (unless you just want to use the site as your “get off site” and not have to delete your history each time, because now you have an excuse).

Pirate Bay? Really? As I said, that’s absolutely illegal, you could be fined far more than the cost of FL Studio for it, and there are free alternatives that work just as well.

http://lmms.sourceforge.net LMMS. Yes, it has a Windows and Mac version. No cracking, no hacking, completely free and legal.

And @woot3: Nope, I have not heard a single one of those songs before. Or at least I do not recognize the names of all of the songs, and most of the artists, and those that I do recognize I do not listen to.

And just so it is pointed out, I have had no part in the programming or design or ownership of onlinesequencer.net. The creator’s Roblox account, mainly inactive for years, is phpscriptcoder, and he is friend of mine from some other projects of his.
