Migrate to Latest Update Does Nothing

Reproduction Steps

1. Enter a game server
2. Open the dropdown menu, click Migrate to Latest Update
3. Wait a sufficient amount of time, and observe that nothing happens

Expected Behavior

I expect game servers to shut down.

Actual Behavior

The servers don’t shut down, even after 40+ minutes of waiting.

I believe the issue is no longer happening, but I can’t currently verify on any group games at the moment, which I remember potentially being a relevant problem (I had guessed that it was a permission checking inconsistency).

I verified on a shared with me game, and a game under my profile, and both of those worked as expected at least. :smile:
