Notice how your reference is bright and just eye-catching, the building? Maybe make it face the a different direction, like more towards the sun. Overall to make the build have a brighter tone?

I would make the windows a little bit more bigger, and I would add those stairs at the very right side to really match the photo.

I think it’s more of ColorCorrection overall. Everything seems kind of dull, which is standard with the default color settings. OP should turn up saturation slightly and make brightness 2.

Yep, its a military game so we turned down the saturation so colors were not as vibrant. Thanks for your feedback!

Ah I see. If you’re going for the gritty style of a military game, then it’s spot on. I thought it was more of a replica/showcase of the original picture.
