LR (Low Ranks) | (Trainee - Senior Shaker)
Trainee is the FIRST rank of becoming a staff here in Milkshake Express. Trainees are required to work behind the counter. In order to get promoted, they must attend a training session.
Junior Shaker is the second level in Milkshake Express! Junior Shaker’s goes to the Parlor and takes people’s orders and makes them feel welcomed!
Shaker is the third level in Milkshake Express! To be able to get this rank you would need to have 200 Points in the game!
Senior Shaker the fourth and FINAL level in Milkshake Express as a Low Rank! They are required to know everything in the Recipe Book and make anything in the kitchen from the back of the head! (To be able to get this you would need to have 450 points and Apply!)
MR (Middle Ranks) | (Shift Leader - General Manager)
Shift Leader - Shift Leader is there to make sure the restaurant is running smoothly and checking on the Lower ranks and make sure they are doing their job and making sure they know how to do it correctly!
Staff Assistant - Staff Assistant is there to help out the Shift Leader’s when days get crowded and He/She is busy and takes over while absent from his/her responsibilities.
Moderation Team - Our Moderation Team ensures that our community stays safe and a place where all ages could play ROBLOX on their platform while also having an amazing time!
Supervisor - Supervisor’s train and attend training to make our Trainees go through trainings to become a Junior Shaker and are required to assist them. Assistant Manager - Assistant Managers are more experienced Middle Ranks. They are also required to help out at supervising the Parlor and make sure everything is running smoothly.
General Manager - General Manager supervises the Restaurant and participates in any shifts they can. They must have more than 550 points and take an application that will be given by Junior Management which bases off knowledge, experience, etc, and is required to get promoted. They learn about our protocols, Code of Conducts, and how to host a shift in this Training.
HR (High rank) | (Management Intern - Head of Management)
Management Intern - As a part of the Management team, they now have the ability to ask to Promote and Demote employees without getting in any TROUBLE reasons. They are required to help the employees along with supervising and hosting shifts at the Restaurant.
Junior Management - Junior Management members are required to be much more active than any rank in order to get promoted. They must promote at trainings, assist with reports, etc. They also should be supervising at the Parlor.
Senior Management - Senior Management helps read the Shift Leader applications and assist Corporate with background duties. Their job is to maintain the whole MR team.
SHR( Senior High Ranks) | (Corporate Assistant - President)
Corporate Assistant - Corporate Assistants are the First SHR’s and should be helping to manage the HR team. They assist in reading Shift Leader applications. They oversee and host trainings. They are required to deal with staff reports, customer reports, etc.
Junior Corporate - Junior Corporate’s helps manage applications for Assistant Managers to become General Managers. They deal with Shift Leader activity and requirements. They deal with Shift Leader trainings, supervising the Parlor, overseeing and hosting sessions, etc.
Presidential Assistant - Presidential Assistant is the overseer of all MRs and HRs, and collaborates with Corporate’s to assist them to the best of their ability. They are the leaders of the entire staff team and also make EXTREMELY HARD DECISIONS when it comes down to the group! They also are to deal with reports, demotions, appeals, promotions, etc.
Development Team - Developer is the one who makes the UI’s, buildings, scripting and basically you will see in the restaurant.
Vice President - Vice President is a helper in running the group. They help oversee everything. They are required to as activity as possible.
President - President is technically the person who runs the group. They have to be very active.
Owner - Owner is the group owner.
Alliance Requirements
Here are the requirements that must be met before we alliance with your group. If you do not meet the requirements, your group and the application will be declined.
Your group must have these requirements
- Must have 40+ non-botted members
- Must be professional and maintain a good reputation within Roblox.
- Must be an active Roblox group
- Must have an active discord group
- At Least 1 rep in our Discord server and Roblox group
- The group may not be a military group, fan server, or any type of group without an industry.
Alliance Expectations
Once an alliance is formed between Milkshake Express and your group, we have expectations that we expect you to follow. Here are the requirements.
We expect you to.
- shoutout all of our events that Milkshake Express will be hosting
- have a professional staff team and group
- Do alliance visits
- keep in contact with our PRD (Public Relation Department)
- Follow our alliance rules
