I couldn’t find a good category for this so sorry if its incorrect at the time of writing this.
I have a fighting game, and as a joke I added Steve from Minecraft as a fighting character as a reference to Smash Bros.
However, I am using the textures from Minecraft itself, and because of this, can my game get taken down for DMCA request? It’s nothing like Minecraft, there’s not even building as its a fighting game, but if I use the same textures does it still put my game at risk?
