Miniature Galaxy in the works

Stars on the smallest scale will fill up the whole space. You can barely tell, but the galaxy is loaded with tiny stars. Bottom right dash is a comet with both tails, and the left is obvious.

Looks really good, but maybe add some more dynamics and variations between distance, size and how bright the stars shine?

One idea could be that you make certain planets more promenant than others. Following this idea, we can use earth as an example. You can make the solar system then add moons etc in

1. Sun 0.0000158
2. Proxima Centauri 4.2421
3. Alpha Centauri (binary star) 4.3650
4. Barnard’s Star 5.9630
5. Wolf 359 7.7825
6. Lalande 21185 8.2905
7. Sirius (binary star) 8.5828
8. Luyten 726-8 (binary star) 8.7280
9. Ross 154 9.6813
10. Ross 248 10.322

Alternatively, from what I see above it’s basically walking on an invisible part (do tell me if I’m wrong), maybe instead of that, give the players some fly function and let them explore the stars?

Just a couple ideas, hope they help out!

You see, it’s actually a false skybox of the sorts, or rather, a skydome.

This isn’t based on the Milky Way in any sort of way, the goal is for players to feel immersed as possible into the environment they’re put into, which is extremely emphasized by the creation of a camera tool we’ve created for players where they’ll be able to move their camera and fly around as though they were in Studio.
