Mismatch in friends count & max friends at 199

My friends count on the header of my Roblox profile when at max capacity displays 200 but further down on my profile at the friends section it displays 199.

Not browser/platform specific. Most likely a database issue with a user that has been deleted rather than terminated/locked. I have looked through my friend list, and there are no locked accounts.

Also impacting my experience with the Roblox Client as I can’t friend people once I reach 199 friends.

Expected behavior

Both numbers should equal the same number and I should be able to have 200 max friends instead of 199.
